Shipping

We ship orders daily, and do our best to ship all orders placed by 1:00 PM PST out the same day. We do not charge for standard shipping, and do offer expedited Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping for an additional charge. For standard shipping, we will choose USPS or UPS, depending on the size and value of your order, and your geographic location. We ship to the USA and Canada.


Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return any unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You can also exchange any unused item for one of our other tools. You will be responsible for shipping charges on any exchanges, unless we shipped you the wrong part. Please contact us for an RMA# if you wish to return any product.

If you believe one of our products to be defective, please contact us for help. If we determine after review with you that the product is indeed defective, we will refund you the purchase price, or exchange the product. Your success is our success, and we are here to help with your application if you encounter difficulty.


Backorder

We stock thousands of tools, ready for immediate delivery. But sometimes, certain tools may be out of stock and placed on back-order. If we back-order a product you’ve ordered, it is placed on Priority on our production schedule, and in most cases shipped the next day. If the product will be delayed any longer than 3 days, you will be notified. If you don’t want to wait for item availability you may cancel your order (or just that item). If we do not hear from you in regards to that item, it will be placed on back order and we will ship you a partial order. You may choose to hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
